My Process

From the inception, we will work together to determine whether training will address the performance gaps your learners are facing.

Analysis

Planning

I work with all stakeholders to understand the project and its scope. We clarify on deliverables and timelines with flexibility considered.

Design

At this stage, I create storyboards and mockups for the project, undergoing review cycles based on the project's nature and complexity.

Development

I transition to the chosen authoring tool, either Articulate Storyline or Rise to create the project's deliverables. Typically, two to three review cycles take place during this phase.

Delivery

Project is delivered to my client as a SCORM file.
